Refund and cancellation
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you have placed an order with us and are eligible to cancel, please note that the order will be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

Some health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable).

Any item will be returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether you can approve or reject your refund.
If approved, we will process your refund and automatically apply the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially released.
Then contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for a refund to be issued.

Clearance items (if applicable)
are refundable on regular-priced items only; Unfortunately, special offers are non-refundable.
Replacement (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please email customerservice@bywatch.top.
If an item is marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you will receive Gift Points equal to the amount returned. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the order was sent to you as a gift, we will refund the gift and notify you of the return.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for the exchanged products to arrive.
If you are shipping more than $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
