Returns and Exchanges
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following policies.
Our policy is valid for 15 days from the arrival date. If 15 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept returns on products dispatched by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item or damaged item). Items must be returned along with proof of purchase.
Certain types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For further information, please contact our support team at service@bywatch.top.
Please note that you have to pay the shipping costs for the return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your approval is granted, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

cancel order
You can only cancel your order within 6 hours of the time of purchase on the same day. Please note that cancellation will be subject to an administration, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value).
A full refund applies to exchange orders only. As soon as you place new orders, our system automatically cancels old orders and refunds you 100%.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at service@bywatch.top.
